Barre - Adult/Child - Barre, Summer Tuesdays Barre is a fun, low impact, muscle toning workout! Similar to pilates and yoga, Barre is a fast paced, full body exercise. All levels of experience are welcome. This is an adult workout, but infants and children are encouraged to participate and socialize! Soccer Shots, Summer Camp - Mini Camp - Age 2 SOCCER SHOTS SUMMER CAmp – Soccer, Sun, And Fun Soccer Shots Summer Camp will provide children with an opportunity to develop their soccer skills, character and creativity. The Soccer Shots theme this year is “Superheroes.” In addition to lots of soccer, we will have a variety of age-appropriate learning, including crafts, team building exercises and snack time. We might even have a soccer story time! Mini Camp (Age 2): We will be introducing children to fundamental soccer principles such as using your feet, dribbling and the basic rules of the game. Through fun games, songs and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer and being active. Classic Camp (Ages 3 - 4): Utilizing creative and imaginative games we will focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing and shooting. We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork and appreciation. Soccer Shots, Summer Camp - Mini Camp - Age 2 SOCCER SHOTS SUMMER CAmp – Soccer, Sun, And Fun Soccer Shots Summer Camp will provide children with an opportunity to develop their soccer skills, character and creativity. The Soccer Shots theme this year is “Superheroes.” In addition to lots of soccer, we will have a variety of age-appropriate learning, including crafts, team building exercises and snack time. We might even have a soccer story time! Mini Camp (Age 2): We will be introducing children to fundamental soccer principles such as using your feet, dribbling and the basic rules of the game. Through fun games, songs and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer and being active. Classic Camp (Ages 3 - 4): Utilizing creative and imaginative games we will focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing and shooting. We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork and appreciation. Please come prepared with water, sunscreen, and workout clothes (hat, t-shirt, compression shorts, and sneakers).Summer Rowing Clinics, Entering Grades 10 - 12These clinics are for experienced coxswains and rowers who are looking to improve their technique and fitness. Over the course of two weeks, campers will refine their technical skills, boost their fitness levels, and build friendships with future team mates!
