River Hawks Girls Basketball Skills Clinics - Girls Basketball Skills Clinics The FHS Girls Basketball Coaching Staff is offering off-season Basketball Clinics for girls entering grades 5-9 looking to further develop their skills in a fun and fast-paced environment. Players can expect to go through a series of basketball specific drills facilitated by FHS Girls Basketball Program Varsity Coach Jeff Manaresi, Assistant Coach Juliette Givens, and current FHS players. Drills will be designed to focus on improving shooting, dribbling, passing, offensive and defensive skills and concepts.Players registered by Thursday, May 15 will receive a free clinic t-shirt!

Farmington Cheer Skills Clinics - Cheer Skills Clinics Join the Farmington Valley MudHogs and Farmington High School Cheer in the 2025 Farmington Cheer Skills Clinics!REGISTRATION CLOSES FRIDAY, MAY 2 AT 3:00 PM The Farmington Cheer Skills Clinics, managed by the Farmington Valley MudHogs and Farmington High School Cheer, are instructional clinics for youth in Grades K-8 (Spring '25). Participants will be mentored by Junior Demonstrators and High School Cheerleaders and will develop technical skills including motions and jumps, physical skills including tumbling and dancing, as well as tactical skills including balance and conditioning. Cheerleaders will need to be dressed in well fitting athletic attire including socks and sneakers. Crocs and open toe shoes are not permitted. Please make sure athletes are not wearing jewelry, and hair is tied up. Cheerleaders need to bring plenty of water. Registrants enrolled by 5/19/25 will receive a free t-shirt! Only High School and Certified coaches will run the drills for the youth athletes during the Farmington Cheer Skills Clinics.Program location, dates and times are subject to change.Policies & General Information

Our High School Sports Out-of-Season Summer Training program is an excellent opportunity for student-athletes to stay active, improve their skills, and enjoy the summer with their peers. Come try this new sport, challenge yourself physically and mentally, and build confidence!Participants should wear comfortable athletic attire and bring water and a towel. Participants may wear wrestling shoes, bare feet, or socks (whatever they are most comfortable with). Regular sneakers are not allowed on the mats.
