Fitness
This exciting program is designed to be a fun and informative introduction to the sport of Track & Field.  It is appropriate for both new and seasoned athletes.  Events include sprints, hurdles, relays, high jump, long jump, shot put, javelin and discus.  We'll focus on form, technique, safety and importantly FUN!  The program will conclude with a Track & Field meet at the Farmington High School track on Sunday, June 4 (tentative meet date & time subject to change: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.).

ENTRY/EXIT PROTOCOL

MPower Track & Field will be held at the Farmington High School track.
