Thank you for your interest in the programs and services offered by Farmington Community & Recreational Services. To register for programs or obtain services offered by Farmington Community & Recreational Services, please accurately complete the information requested below.

Upon adding the Primary Account Member, please click on the Submit & Add Account Member to add your spouse (if applicable) and all members of your household that may be participating in programs or obtaining services offered by Farmington Community & Recreational Services. When adding children to your account please enter the current grade in school. Please note that all account members must reside at the primary account members address provided below.

*Any attempt to register for programs or obtain services offered by Farmington Community & Recreational Services through misrepresentation of information or fraud may result in criminal prosecution.
Creating an account is a one-time event that allows you to utilize this system. It is not a registration by itself.
  1. Enter the primary adult first.
  2. Add other members of your household from the Account Members portion of your account.
  3. You can now make registrations and other purchases using the site navigation.
