Our exercise and wellness programs run seasonally (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall). We are currently registering for our Summer Session.

Summer Schedule:
Town Hall- 20 Monteith Drive, Farmington, CT
Senior Center- 321 New Britain Ave, Unionville, CT

Core Strength
  • July & August: Classes held at Town Hall
  • September: Classes return to the Senior Center
Low Impact Dance

Zumba
