The Walking Group typically meets on Fridays at 10:00am (Weather permitting).
The group meets at a local trail/walking spot, location varies each week!

Walking will help improve circulation, shore up your bones, enjoy a longer life, lighten your mood, lose weight, strengthen muscles, improve sleep, slow down mental decline and lower Alzheimer risk. Each week we will go to a different destination and a new walking routine. The group will focus on posture, foot motion, using your arms properly and walking drills.. Make sure you bring water and wear comfortable walking shoes. All fitness levels are welcome.
