The fall season is just around the corner! Join us at Farmington's Boathouse at Tunxis Mead in this one-week clinic fine-tuning your rowing stroke and ramping up your workouts. If you want to get a competitive edge for the fall, this clinic is for you! Participants will need to complete a swim safety test on the first day. Please come prepared with water, sunscreen, and workout clothes (hat, t-shirt, compression shorts, and sneakers).
