Picture it: you, crossing the finish line on a gorgeous spring day, feeling strong, proud, and unstoppable.
Join a friendly, motivated group of runners where you’ll share victories, swap tips, tackle challenges together, and stay inspired as you chase your personal fitness goals.
What to expect:
You’ll be coached toward your choice of a 5K, 10K, or Marathon in a supportive, group-oriented environment. Each session includes:
- Dynamic warm-ups
- A run organized by pace (so you’re always with the right group)
- Strength work to prevent injuries and build total-body + running-specific power
- Plenty of time to ask anything about running, training, racing, and fitness
Best of all, the program is led by an Ironman World Championship Qualifier and elite-level runner with 20+ years of coaching experience.
Location: New Britain Avenue / Oakridge Parking Lot
Weather: Participants will be notified via email if a session is canceled due to weather. Make-up sessions may be scheduled separately when possible.
