Barre is a low-impact, high-results workout blending elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Expect to build strength, improve flexibility, enhance posture, and deeply engage your core, all while being kind to you.
Who Can Join? This is an adult workout, but infants and children are welcome to attend and socialize during our outdoor programs! Please bring a yoga mat and water.

Bridget is a certified Barre and Spin Instructor with years of experience teaching in gyms and recreation programs in the Boston area. She also holds a master’s degree in social work and emphasizes both mental and physical well-being in her classes. Bridget’s goal is to create a fun, welcoming, and refreshing experience for everyone.

Not at all! Barre is for everyone, no prior experience required. It’s a great way to move and meet new friends.
What if I need to care for my child during class?
That’s perfectly fine! Take breaks as needed and rejoin when you can.
