Barre is a low-impact workout that blends ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Using a ballet barre and small, controlled movements (pulses), this class helps tone muscles, build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. Expect high repetitions with light weights or resistance bands, focusing on core engagement and working major muscle groups to fatigue.
