Bridget is a certified Barre and Spin Instructor with years of experience teaching in gyms and recreation programs in the Boston area. She also holds a master’s degree in social work and emphasizes both mental and physical well-being in her classes. Bridget’s goal is to create a fun, welcoming, and refreshing experience for everyone.

Not at all! Barre is for everyone, no prior experience required. It’s a great way to move and meet new friends.
What if I need to care for my child during class?
That’s perfectly fine! Take breaks as needed and rejoin when you can.
