This camp is designed for athletes participating in either one or both sports! Athletes may choose to play both, or only one of the two sports offered.

The FHS Girls Lacrosse and Field Hockey Coaching Staff is offering a Stick Skills Combo-Camp for girls in grades 3-8 looking to further develop their stick skills and conditioning in a fun and fast-paced environment. Players can expect to go through a series of sport specific drills facilitated by FHS Girls Lacrosse Program Varsity Coach Jeff Manaresi and Assistant Coach Sarah Wolkoff and current FHS lacrosse and field hockey players . Drills will be designed to focus on improving shooting, passing, offensive and defensive skills and concepts for both lacrosse and field hockey. Daily sessions will also include general field sport exercises designed to improve quickness, endurance and injury prevention.
