Wrestling Mats
In this new, exciting wrestling program led by FHS Wrestling Coach Kia Gholampour, beginner and experienced wrestlers can develop or refine wrestling skills! This program is designed for all skill and experience levels. Coaches will cover warmups, terminology, and technique through practical drills and explanation. Come try this new sport, challenge yourself physically and mentally, and build confidence!

Participants should wear comfortable athletic attire and bring water and a towel. Participants may wear wrestling shoes, bare feet, or socks (whatever they are most comfortable with). Regular sneakers are not allowed on the mats.
