Board Games - Chess American Mah Jongg: A game of Chinese origin, usually played by four people, in which tiles bearing various designs are drawn and discarded until one player has an entire hand of winning combinationsChess: A board game of strategic skill for two players, played on a checkered board. Each player begins the game with sixteen pieces that are moved and used to capture opposing pieces according to precise rules. Walking Group - Walking Group The Walking Group typically meets on Fridays at 10:00am (Weather permitting).The group meets at a local trail/walking spot, location varies each week!Please contact the office 860-675-2492 to get on the email list!Walking will help improve circulation, shore up your bones, enjoy a longer life, lighten your mood, lose weight, strengthen muscles, improve sleep, slow down mental decline and lower Alzheimer risk. Each week we will go to a different destination and a new walking routine. The group will focus on posture, foot motion, using your arms properly and walking drills.. Make sure you bring water and wear comfortable walking shoes. All fitness levels are welcome.

Walking Group - Walking Group The Walking Group typically meets on Fridays at 10:00am (Weather permitting).The group meets at a local trail/walking spot, location varies each week!Please contact the office 860-675-2492 to get on the email list!Walking will help improve circulation, shore up your bones, enjoy a longer life, lighten your mood, lose weight, strengthen muscles, improve sleep, slow down mental decline and lower Alzheimer risk. Each week we will go to a different destination and a new walking routine. The group will focus on posture, foot motion, using your arms properly and walking drills.. Walking Group - Walking Group The Walking Group typically meets on Fridays at 10:00am (Weather permitting).The group meets at a local trail/walking spot, location varies each week!Please contact the office 860-675-2492 to get on the email list!Walking will help improve circulation, shore up your bones, enjoy a longer life, lighten your mood, lose weight, strengthen muscles, improve sleep, slow down mental decline and lower Alzheimer risk. Each week we will go to a different destination and a new walking routine. The group will focus on posture, foot motion, using your arms properly and walking drills.. Make sure you bring water and wear comfortable walking shoes. All fitness levels are welcome.
