American Mah Jongg: A game of Chinese origin, usually played by four people, in which tiles bearing various designs are drawn and discarded until one player has an entire hand of winning combinationsChess: A board game of strategic skill for two players, played on a checkered board. Each player begins the game with sixteen pieces that are moved and used to capture opposing pieces according to precise rules. The object is to put the opponent's king under a direct attack from which escape is impossible (checkmate).Rummikub: A tile-based game for 2 to 4 players, combining elements of the card game rummy and mah jongg.Scrabble: A word game in which two to four players score points by placing tiles, each bearing a single letter, onto a game board divided into a 15×15 grid of squares. The tiles must form words that, in crossword fashion, read left to right in rows or downward in columns, and be included in a standard dictionary.

Bridge: a trick-taking card game using a standard 52-card deck. In its basic format, it is played by four players in two competing partnerships, with partners sitting opposite each other around a tableCribbage: a card game for two to four players, in which the objective is to play so that the value of one's cards played reaches exactly 15 or 31.  Instruction available. All levels welcome!

If you love working on stained glass and want to work with other stained glass enthusiasts, the Stained Glass Artisan Guild is the group for you! Bring your projects, share ideas, and have fun! Are you new to stained glass? No problem! This group will show you tips and give suggestions on how you can get started!The Farmington Senior Center periodically offers formal stained glass instruction.
