Barre is a fun, low impact, muscle toning workout! Similar to pilates and yoga, Barre is a fast paced, full body exercise.  All levels of experience are welcome.  This is an adult workout, but infants and children are encouraged to participate and socialize!  Please bring a yoga mat.Winter sessions held at the Farmington Community & Senior Center, 321 New Britain Avenue, Unionville. A one-class credit will be added to participants' Farmington Recreation account for each inclement weather-related cancellation in winter sessions.Spring and summer sessions are held at Tunxis Mead Park.
