Activity Registration Policy

Registrations are accepted online (credit card), via mail (check) and in-person (check, cash, and credit) at one of the following locations.
- Community & Recreational Services, Staples House, 2 Monteith Drive, Farmington, CT
- Farmington Recreation, 1 Depot Place, Unionville, CT (Limited Hours)
Credit Cards: All major credit cards are accepted online and in-person.
Cash and Checks: Cash (Exact Amount) is accepted in-person only. Checks are accepted via mail and in-person.
Payment Plans: Payment plans may be available on a case by case basis upon approval by the Recreation Supervisor. If approved, all payment plans must be via an approved credit card. If approved, all payments must be received prior to the start of the program(s) included in the payment plan. For more information, please contact Farmington Recreation.
All activities are filled on a first come, first served basis.
Registration and/or registration dates/times may be restricted by residency.
Participants are considered registered once a receipt is created.
If a program is listed as full or 0 seat(s) available, please register for the wait list. Once registered for the wait list a receipt will be created. Those on the wait list will be notified via email and/or phone if/when a space becomes available.
