Household Account Update


Patrons of Farmington Recreation,

Effective January 1, 2025, please be advised of the following update to online registration with Farmington Recreation.

All transactions being completed via credit card will require the billing information on the account to completely match the billing information connected to the credit card provided upon checkout. Any incorrect information on the entered billing address will cause the transaction to be declined. For example, if your child's grandparent is paying for a program, the billing information must be changed at the checkout screen to match the billing information connected to the credit card provided upon checkout. If the billing information upon checkout does not match the billing information of the credit card provided, the transaction will be declined, and this may lead to delays in registering which may lead to programs being unavailable due to program capacities.

The Town of Farmington does not take responsibility for inaccurate billing information being provided upon checkout.

That said, please log into your account to verify your Billing Information and Credit Card Information (if you have a card on file) for all regularly processed transactions. Please follow the steps below as Farmington Recreation staff cannot assist in this process.

UPDATE BILLING ADDRESS
1) LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
2) CLICK ON THE "ACCOUNT" TAB AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LEFT-HAND COLUMN
3) IF NEEDED, CLICK ON THE “EDIT ACCOUNT” TAB
4) UPDATE THE INFORMATION AS NEEDED AND CLICK ON THE “UPDATE” TAB
 
UPDATE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION (If Applicable)
1) LOG IN TO YOUR HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNT
2) CLICK ON THE "EDIT PAYMENT METHODS" TAB AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LEFT-HAND COLUMN
3) CLICK ON THE "EDIT PAYMENT METHOD" TAB UNDER THE CARD THAT YOU WISH TO EDIT

*IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CARD ON FILE, THERE WILL NOT BE AN OPTION TO "UPDATE PAYMENT METHODS". YOU MAY ADD AND SAVE A CARD UPON PROCESSING YOUR NEXT TRANSACTION.

**ON THIS PAGE YOU MAY UPDATE THE BILLING INFORMATION OR REMOVE THE PAYMENT METHOD. YOU MAY ALSO SELECT A PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD.
