REC Summer Camp

Farmington Recreation strives to provide a safe, reliable and high quality summer camp experience for all! Our goal is to provide a positive environment for youth to build friendships and stay socially and physically active through organized games, activities, sports, field trips, special entertainment, arts & crafts and more!

Our REC Summer Camp is designed for youth ages 5 - 13 and offers youth a traditional day camp filled with active games, special events, field trips, art & crafts, team-building exercises and more.  Don't miss out on this unforgettable Summer Camp experience!
*Minimum age 5 as of the Monday of the week attending.

Irving A. Robbins Middle School, 20 Wolf Pit Road, Farmington

CAMP HOURS
8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Drop-Off & Supervised Free Play
8:30 AM - 3:30 PM: Camp Hours
3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Extended Care (Additional Fee Applies. Registrants must be registered for REC Summer Camp in order to attend.)

FIELD TRIP & ENTERTAINMENT SCHEDULE (Subject to Change)

Week of June 19: Extreme Air Trampoline Park, Berner Pool, CZRReptiles (On-Site Entertainment)
Week of June 26: The Dinosaur Place (Ages 5-10), Black Hall Outfitters (Ages 10-13), Berner Pool, and a couple VERY special visitors on-site!
Week of July 5 (W-F): Spare Time Bristol, Berner Pool
Week of July 10: Dave & Buster's, Campardy (On-Site Entertainment), Berner Pool
Week of July 17: Nomad's Adventure Quest (Laser Tag, Climbing Wall, Mini Golf, Bumper Cars, Tea Cups, Bowling, Arcade), Showtime Steve (On-Site Entertainment), Berner Pool
Week of July 24: Connecticut Science Center, Berner Pool, Big Daddy's Racing (On-Site Entertainment)
Week of July 31: Lake Compounce, Mini Golf, Berner Pool
Week of August 7: Mystic Aquarium, Mini Golf, Berner Pool

Our REC Summer Camp staff is comprised of teachers, college students, and high school students.  All full-time/seasonal REC Summer Camp staff are First Aid and CPR Certified.

**REFUNDS, MINUS A PROCESSING FEE OF THE HIGHER OF 10% OR $10.00 PER ACTIVITY [EXCEPT WHERE INDICATED], AND/OR CREDITS FOR OUR REC SUMMER CAMP MAY BE GRANTED WHEN REQUESTED UP TO TWO-WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE ACTIVITY.
